A "Mom and Pop" Business

I was born and raised in Del Mar, CA and very proud to say I come from a dental family. My grandfather, Sheldon Brockett, was one of the first Oral Maxillofacial Surgeons in San Diego, and my father, David Brockett, maintained the same family practice in La Jolla for his entire career. Like my grandfather and father, I attended the USC School of Dentistry. I earned my DDS in 2008. I also completed my undergraduate education at USC - Fight On! After dental school, I spent a few years teaching undergraduate dental students at my alma mater before entering private practice with my father in 2011. I spent 8 years practicing general dentistry, before deciding to specialize in Oral Maxillofacial Radiology. I completed my OMFR residency at the University of Washington in Seattle, serving my final year as Chief Resident. 

I was raised in Lake Elsinore, CA and attended UCSB for college- Gauchos! I then spent the next ten years building a career in Clinical Trials administration and management. In 2017 I left my career in Clinical Research to take on my most challenging and rewarding job as a stay at home Mom to our son with special needs. We have since been blessed with our second child, a baby girl, born in 2020. I am very excited to utilize the knowledge that I have gained in the corporate world as we work to make our dream of running a small business a reality.
