Voxel Oral Radiology- Report Creation

1. Get your case to Voxel

  • Click the Upload a Case button to upload your case using our secure HIPAA compliant server. Alternatively you can get to our server by clicking here https://voxeloralradiology.ambrahealth.com/share/voxeloralradiology

2. OMFR Review/Report Creation

  • Your finalized report will be returned within 2-3 business days from the time it was received.  An expedited report costs an additional $25. We will provide the report same day if received by 12:00 PM PST. We will provide the next business day if received after 12:00 PM PST.

3. Receive Report

  • You will receive an email notification when your report is ready.

How long will it take to get my report?

Your finalized report will be returned within 2-3 business days from the time it was received.  

Can a report be rushed?

An expedited report costs an additional $25. We will provide the report same day if received by 12:00 PM PST. We will provide the report the next business day if received after 12:00 PM PST.

Are patients billed directly by Voxel?

No. Patients are not billed directly. We bill the referring dental office per report. It is at the discretion of the dental office to then charge the patient for this service. Please ensure that credit card information is that of the referring dental office and not a patient credit card.

Does insurance reimburse for reports?

Yes. Voxel does not submit insurance claims on behalf of the providers or patients. We encourage the referring provider to submit such claims.

Is technical assistance provided when using the HIPPA compliant portal for uploading a case?

Yes. Ambra our third party portal administrator provides 24/7 technical assistance. They can be contacted at 888-315-0790.

As we strive to be a mom and pop business we are also available for technical questions.

Can I contact the radiologist to ask specific questions regarding a case?

Yes, most certainly. We encourage practitioners to contact us with any questions regarding any case. Furthermore, there is no additional fee pertaining to this consultation.
